All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Pre orders cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy, if you made an pre order you will receive your product no matter what. Exchanges are accepted for items in stock only if the product you received is damaged. When exchanging an item it must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any products back without getting confirmation from us and the correct return address.
We do not refund shipping on Pre Order items, due to all pre orders will be shipped at the same rate it was purchased.
